Junior HR officer exchanges organisation
On behalf of an international exchanges company pzSearch is looking for a fulltime HR officer (junior position).
The HR officer supports the HR-department, consisting of three colleagues. He or she is responsible for the entire day-to-day HR administration and provides assistance to projects. Takes care of contracts, correspondence and accurate archiving. The HR officer is the first contact for all questions from employees and prepares the input for payroll. Supports recruitment activities, conducts procedures for starters and leavers and prepares HR overviews.
Candidates should have an HBO-degree and two years of experience within a comparable role as HR officer. He or she is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. The ideal candidate is accurate and proactive, flexible and is able to work in a hectic environment.

Recruiter international company
On behalf of an international company, pzSearch is urgently looking for a recruiter.
The recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process. He or she uses proactive recruitment methods and ensures high quality candidate experience. Uses both traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The recruiter screens applicants against both current and pipeline vacancies and submits them to the Hiring Managers. Ensures a regular follow-up with managers and executes administrative duties and record keeping.
Candidates should have an academic degree and two years of allround recruitment experience within an agency or a corporate environment. He or she is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English. The ideal candidate has IT/finance recruitment experience.
Offered is a fulltime position for, at the beginning, six months within a dynamic, international environment.
HR Business Partner
On behalf of an international financial organisation pzsearch is looking for an HR Business Partner.
The HR business partner acts as a partner to business management and as a coach for the managers of the business team and enables them to achieve their objectives and goals. He or she advises and supports managers and employees on all HR related topics. Implements global HR policies and processes and works strongly together with international HR department. The business partner proactively identifies HR related issues and proposes solutions. Works as a projectmanager on HR projects within NL and EMEA.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration or a HR related subject. At least seven years allround experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international environment. Proven success supporting the development and implementation of HR processes and strategies. The ideal candidate is service and quality driven and able to shift between operational and tactical level. He or she has an understanding for complex organisations and a mindset for changes. Is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.

Internationale Product Trainer (Techniek)
In opdracht van een internationale producent van technische systemen en machines voor de FMCG industrie, zoekt pzSearch PER DIRECT een internationale product trainer.
De trainer ontwikkelt en geeft technische trainingen aan klanten van de organisatie t.a.v. nieuwe en bestaande producten (machines en systemen), doet dit op locatie in binnen- en buitenland. Hij of zij ontwikkelt, verbetert en onderhoudt het trainingsmateriaal op basis van de feedback van de trainingssessies en koppelt structurele technische problemen terug.. De trainer beslist welke methodes het beste zijn, afhankelijk van budget, timing, inhoud en end-user requirements. Onderhoudt het netwerk voor de realisatie van specifieke materialen.
De gezochte kandidaat heeft een relevante hbo-opleiding en minimaal drie jaar ervaring met een technisch productenpakket en toegepaste techniek. Is ervaren in het geven van producttrainingen aan kleine en middelgrote groepen. Hij of zij heeft kennis van moderne opleidingsprogramma’s en het ontwikkelen van methoden en technieken. Heeft hierin een nuchtere en realistische benadering. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Kennis van Spaans, Frans en Duits is een pre. De trainer is bereid om internationaal te reizen (50% van de tijd).

HR Advisor
On behalf of an international organization, pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an HR Advisor.
The HR Advisor provides HR advice and supports management and employees in The Netherlands and Belgium. Participates or leads HR projects, such as development or improvement of HR policies, annual appraisal and salary review process, development of a training plan or the review of employee benefits. Acts as a partner to business management, provides HR advise and helps the business in achievinging its goals. Coordinates and participates in the recruitment & selection of new employees from advertising up to the job offer. Monitors/manages all payments to employees. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process. Identifies individual education, training and development needs and puts these in practice. Assists management with reducing sick leave and other forms of absenteeism and provides support in case of long term illnesses. He or she has a back-up function for the HR & Payroll Administrator in their absence. Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and 3 years experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international environment. Excellent knowledge of employee legislation and HR best practice in various areas. Has experience with MS Office, Payroll/HRIS, Perman in particular, is beneficial. He or she is proactive, offers assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is cultural and organisational sensitive. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.
Offered is a fulltime permanent position (5 days) within a dynamic, international environment. Gross year salary 45.000 euro.

De HR-adviseur adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd het management over alle componenten van het personeelsbeleid. Is gesprekspartner voor zowel management teams als individuele managers. Hij of zij maakt de vertaalslag van de organisatiedoelstelling naar een passende HR-strategie en planning. De adviseur begeleidt het management bij reorganisaties en adviseert over in-, door en uitstroominstrumenten, zoals training en performance management. Adviseert over beleidsontwikkeling aan de hand van managementinformatie en kengetallen.
Geschikte kandidaten beschikken over een relevante HBO/WO-opleiding en minimaal vier jaar strategische HR-advieservaring. De gezochte adviseur heeft ervaring met reorganisaties en changemanagement-trajecten. Hij of zij is organisatiebewust en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. De ideale kandidaat weet te overtuigen met de nodige tact, is hands on en resultaatgericht.
Geboden wordt een vaste functie van 32 uur per week binnen een boeiende werkomgeving. Beginnend met een jaarcontract, met de intentie dit te verlengen met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
